Delete your Polygon Health account
Send an email to contact@polygonhealth.com using the email associated with your Polygon Health account letting us know you wish for your account to be deleted.
Once we receive your email, we will delete your Polygon Health account including any health data found in your health wallet.
You will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know we have deleted your account within 24 hours of the request.
